  • Some reps exaggerate their weight loss but for me I did lose 19 lbs in my 1st 4 weeks of using the products.

    Pour into a 12-ounce glass or bottle of water, shake and drink 30 minutes before a meal. Plexus Slim is usually consumed only one time throughout the day but on some occasions it way be necessary to take two. I usually drink it in the morning but sometimes I forget and just make sure I drink it everyday no matter what.
